What happens when I buy online?
1. Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard payments only.
2. Confirmation
After you’ve made a payment, we’ll show you a confirmation on-screen and then send you a confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours have a peek in your junk box as they can sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us on +356 7999 2200.
3. Delivery
To protect both our customers and staff, we have made some changes to how we deliver. We continue to review these changes to ensure they align with current guidance.
Order typically takes 24 to 48 hours.
If possible, please let us know where your order can be left if you are out.
DELIVERY to Malta:
Order typically takes 3 to 4 days.
DELIVERY FEE of €5 when order is less than €100
FREE DELIVERY on orders over €100
DELIVERY to Gozo:
Order typically takes 3 to 4 days.
DELIVERY FEE of €20 when order is less than €200
FREE DELIVERY on orders over €200
4. Returns
If you suspect your order is damaged, then please contact us at +356 7999 2200. We’ll arrange first and if still damaged replacement will be given. If we no longer have in stock 50% partial credit for the original purchase can be arranged.
We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for a refund or replacement.
We are happy to replace you for any products that have not been opened and remain in perfect condition. Please contact us to arrange the collection.
5. Can I collect my order?
Collections are available from Offshore Trolling and More, 61, Triq Sant Antnin, Marsaskala, Malta. You’ll be able to choose the collection option at checkout. Please allow one working day for us to process your order.
6. Order cancellation
If you change your mind about some or all of your orders within 7 days of receipt of goods, contact us and you can choose to replace the product with other products of the same amount that was purchased (free of charge), as long as the goods are still in the original packaging and haven’t been used.
